BRAC Saajan Exchange, a subsidiary of BRAC Bank, organized an event titled "Remittance and Investment Opportunities in Bangladesh" on June 26, 2024, at the New Bingley Hall in Birmingham, UK.

The event saw the presence of several distinguished guests, including Meheriar M. Hasan, Chairperson of BRAC Bank and BRAC Saajan, Abdus Salam, Managing Director and CEO of BRAC Saajan, Selim R.F. Hussain, MD & CEO of BRAC Bank, M. Masud Rana FCA, DMD & CFO of BRAC Bank, H. E. Abdus Salam introduced the new Privilege Program for customers and agents among expatriate Bangladeshis in the UK. During the event, BRAC Saajan presented a video honouring the life and work of Sir Fazle Hasan Abed, founder and chairperson of BRAC, one of the world's largest non-governmental organizations.
Following the presentation, Meheriar M. Hasan, Selim R.F. Hussain, and Abdus Salam presented awards to the top 15 performing BRAC Saajan agents and the highest remittance senders using the RemitNgo app.
