Walton continues its relentless efforts to transform Bangladesh’s electronics, electrical, and high-tech industries, striving to make the country self-reliant. With the unwavering support of customers, sellers, and well-wishers, Walton has played a key role in strengthening local industries. This has significantly reduced import dependency, saving foreign currency, while also boosting foreign exchange reserves through the export of 'Made in Bangladesh' electronics and technology products. Walton remains committed to the country’s socio-economic development by enhancing living standards and creating vast employment opportunities.

As a top-tier manufacturer, Walton has earned the highest credit rating of ‘AAA’ and is consistently recognized as one of the highest VAT and tax-paying companies. The company maintains full compliance across production, marketing, sales, and after-sales services, ensuring superior product quality through the most advanced testing equipment. Every Walton product undergoes rigorous quality certification by NUSDAT-UTS, an internationally accredited testing lab under the Bangladesh Accreditation Board. Adhering to global standards such as ISO, CE, CB, RoHS, REACH, EMC, and certifications from the EU and USA, Walton upholds excellence in its products and operations.

For its commitment to transparency and the highest standards in financial disclosures, Walton has received numerous accolades, including the SAFA Gold Award, ICAB, ICMAB, and ICSB awards, both nationally and internationally.

Recently, Walton has observed misleading campaigns aimed at tarnishing its reputation, including staged human chains and false information being spread on social media.

Walton believes these actions are deliberate and baseless attempts to discredit the domestic industry. A vested group appears to be orchestrating misinformation campaigns to create space for foreign product imports by undermining the credibility of local manufacturers.

Walton firmly denies these false accusations, attributing them to strategic manipulation by individuals with ulterior motives. The company explained that some dealers and distributors had previously purchased products on credit but failed to repay their dues. Instead of settling their payments, they diverted the sales proceeds elsewhere or invested in ventures that did not generate expected financial returns. To evade responsibility, they are now falsely accusing Walton and spreading misleading claims.

Walton emphasized that there is no record of any dealer or distributor suffering losses in business dealings with the company. On the contrary, thousands of partners have successfully collaborated with Walton over the years, and new dealership applications continue to pour in. The company upholds business transparency and has cultivated strong relationships with its dealers and distributors.

Walton has noticed a recurring pattern where certain groups attempt to destabilize the domestic industry ahead of the national budget announcement. Their primary agenda appears to be facilitating foreign imports by launching negative campaigns against local manufacturers. Walton stated: *“Every year, we witness such misinformation campaigns before the budget announcement, and this year is no exception.”*

Walton warns that such deceptive propaganda not only affects a single company but also threatens the country’s economy and employment sector. The company views these actions as deliberate attempts to hinder Bangladesh’s industrial progress.

Walton reassures all stakeholders that if any dealer or distributor has unresolved issues with a sales representative or pending accounts, they are encouraged to directly contact Walton with necessary documentation. The company remains open to thoroughly verifying and resolving any legitimate concerns.

Urging customers, well-wishers, and business partners not to be misled by such false propaganda, Walton also calls upon the authorities to take necessary action against these malicious campaigns. The company firmly believes that its supporters and policymakers will stand strong against such conspiracies and continue championing the development of Bangladesh’s domestic industries.
