Bangladeshi tech giant Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC is making significant strides on the global stage, inching closer to its ambition of becoming a leading international electronics brand. The company, a major player on the capital market, is aggressively expanding its footprint, with its products now reaching new territories across Europe, America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

According to a report from Walton's Global Business Division, the company successfully launched its brand business in seven new countries during the 2024-25 fiscal year. These new markets include Barbados, Fiji, Vanuatu, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Sri Lanka, and Singapore, marking a major expansion of its global presence.

Abdur Rouf, Head of Walton's Global Business Division, attributes this success to the superior quality and innovative features of their products. "Walton products hold a strong position in the global market due to their advanced features, attractive designs, and high standards of quality, durability, and energy efficiency," he stated. "This has helped us build trust with international customers, leading to the rapid expansion of our brand into new nations."

Rouf added that the company is actively working to establish its brand in developed markets like Europe, America, and Australia. To support this vision, Walton has assembled a skilled global business team, set up subsidiaries and branch offices in several countries, and established a Global Research and Innovation Center in South Korea.

Back home in Bangladesh, Walton remains the top exporter of a wide range of products, including refrigerators, air conditioners, TVs, washing machines, and other home appliances. With its 'Made in Bangladesh' products now being exported to over 50 countries, Walton has become a symbol of trust for investors and a proud representative of the nation's manufacturing prowess on the world stage.
