He filed a complaint at Thakurpukur police station on Monday. According to his complaint, various false news were spread about him from a page on Facebook. Saurabh has requested to take swift action against the one or those who manage that Facebook page.

What did Sourav complain to the police station? There is a Facebook page called 'Sourav Ganguly Fans'. In his complaint against that Facebook page, Saurabh wrote, 'They are constantly trying to defame me.

And trying to create a negative image about me among the public.' Referring to the fact that he was the captain of the Indian cricket team, Sourav wrote, 'I have millions of followers all over the world. This Facebook page is damaging my personal and professional reputation by sharing such content. Therefore, necessary legal action should be taken against the one or those who are operating this Facebook page.' Sourav appealed for quick action so that his dignity could not be defamed by using the social media platform. Under his signature in the charge sheet, he has mentioned that he is the former Indian cricket captain. In a content post from that Facebook page, it is said that ED has raided Sourav's house.

But after Saurabh filed a complaint, that post is no longer visible. Cyber ​​experts say that various fake posts are made on social media like this about celebrities. What is the purpose of that post, it needs to be looked into.
