Salman Khan's 1998 blackbuck poaching case is being made into a new film 'Kaala Hiron' in Bollywood. But before the release of this film, there is an extreme controversy surrounding this film, which has now reached the threshold of court and legal notice. Producer Amit Jani has taken legal action against the film's veteran actor Govind Namdev after he abruptly pulled himself out of the project.

Angered by such a decision of the veteran actor, he directly sent a defamation legal notice of 50 lakh rupees. It has been made clear that there will be legal consequences if they do not apologize publicly within the next 7 days.   Ever since the first glimpse or teaser of this film came out in the digital world, the stir started.

Although Salman Khan's name is not used directly in the teaser, a character named 'Ayan Khan' has been placed, whose appearance is exactly like this superstar. After that, Govinda Namdev expressed his anger in front of the media. He claimed that the plot of the film and the purpose of his character were changed by keeping him completely in the dark.

The actor, who worked with Salman in the film 'Wanted', made it clear that he does not want to be part of any one-sided campaign to tarnish Bhaijaan's image. Producer Amit Jani, however, did not take this allegation lightly. He confirmed sending the legal notice by posting directly on social media 'X'.

Not only Govind Namdev is not alone in the film, earlier actor Sonu Mishra also left the shoot midway. Sonu alleged that the contract contained a clause that implied pressure to speak negatively against Salman Khan in front of the media. He stopped working for the sake of morality.

The controversy does not end here. Salman Khan's legal team has also sent a legal notice to the makers and production company of the film and approached the Delhi High Court to stop the release of the film. The makers have been repeatedly claiming that it is a fictional story, but after the teaser revealed hope that the shadow of the blackbuck case is evident in the script.

All in all, 'Kala Hiron' is now the center of the biggest controversy in Balipara due to internal conflicts and external legal entanglements. Govinda Namdev, however, has not yet given any fresh response after this notice.
